Court / School Liaison

This program addresses educational issues with adjudicated youth. The School/Court Liaison assists youth who are struggling with grades, attendance, or behavior in school. The School/Court Liaison works closely with youth and their families to bridge the gap of communication with Probation Staff and School Personnel, connect families with needed resources and ensure all entities working with youth are kept updated of ongoing needs. The school/court liaison assists school districts in developing plans for at-risk youth and assists probation staff in understanding educational options and resources. The goal of this program is to ensure needed resources and supports are available for youth to achieve educational success.
